Do you keep the documents current when NDIS rules change?+
Yes — it's core to the system. When the Commission updates a Practice Standard or Quality Indicator, we re-engineer the affected documents, so every time you generate one you get the current version.
What if I need a document the system doesn't include yet?+
Use the Provider Library Promise: tell us what you need and we design, write, and review it against the relevant Practice Standard — typically within 5 business days — and add it to the catalogue, free. It then joins the system for everyone.
Can I share with my team?+
Yes. Each document is licensed for one registered NDIS provider (one ABN). Your team can customise, download, and use the documents internally — you just can't redistribute them to other providers.
Do you work with Plan Managers and Support Coordinators specifically?+
Yes. The catalogue is built for all NDIS providers — including support coordinators and plan managers — and we add coordinator-specific documents as providers request them (that's the Provider Library Promise).
What's your refund policy?+
If a document isn't right, email us and we'll fix it or refund it — no questions. Pay $5 per document, or subscribe for unlimited and cancel anytime.
Are you affiliated with the NDIA or the Quality & Safeguards Commission?+
No. Provider Essentials is an independent, Australian-owned company. We engineer our documentation against the published NDIS standards, but we aren't endorsed by — nor speak for — any government agency.
