This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Provider Essentials, operated by [Attara Pty Ltd] (ABN [ABN]). It sits alongside — and never reduces — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be genuinely happy. If you're not satisfied with a document for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund it — no questions, no fuss. Because you build and preview every document for free before you pay, you always see exactly what you're getting first, so there are no surprises.
We'd always rather make it right than leave you out of pocket. If a document didn't generate properly or isn't what was described, we'll fix it or refund it straight away.
2. Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a document is not as described or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a refund. Our guarantee above is in addition to these rights, not instead of them.
3. How to request a refund
Email us from (or quoting) the email address on your order receipt, with your payment reference and a brief note on what went wrong. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. Subscriptions & cancelling
A one-time document purchase is a single charge — there's nothing ongoing to cancel, and you only pay again if you choose to buy something else.
If you take out a subscription, it renews automatically (monthly, per seat) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and it will not renew for the following period; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
